Molly Hammar Cloyd – Founder
Molly has 17 years of experience designing products that are easy to use, support users’ goals, and provide an exceptional customer experience. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, industries, and technologies, from technical enterprise applications to consumer-facing websites, rich internet applications, and mobile applications. She brings a passion for user experience and usability to all of her work.
Molly has been a Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst since 2002. She has a BA in Science, Technology, and Society from Pomona College and is currently enrolled in the Information Design graduate program at Bentley College.
Prior to forming Acclaro, Molly started the Human Factors Group at Broadbase Software (now KANA). She has also worked for Lucent Technologies (now Avaya), and got her start as a staff consultant for JoAnn Hackos back when everyone in the office took turns sharing a single phone connection to a new thing called the internet.
