Molly founded Acclaro Design in 2001 and has 20 years of experience in user analysis and human factors based design. Her work with a diverse range of clients, industries, and technologies, from technical enterprise applications to consumer-facing websites and mobile apps continues to inform her user-centered design perspective. Molly became a Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst in 2002 and attended the Information Design graduate program at Bentley College.
Michelle started coding over 15 years ago when sites were simple. Evolving right along with the web, she has branched out and honed her skills. She focuses on front-end development of websites and web apps for a variety of clients and industries. Always keeping an eye on usability and the user experience, Michelle enjoys the new realm of responsive design and the mobile web. Clean, consistent code is a hallmark of her work, and she strives for pixel perfection in matching design comps.
With over 20 years of experience distilling marketing and business initiatives into compelling visual communications, Stacey designs for clients ranging from travel and luxury brands to technology and education companies. She got her start in print but quickly transitioned to the web, working with several start ups in the Bay Area before making Colorado her home. She stays current with design, user experience, and technology trends to help her design experiences that inform, engage and inspire people to action.
Brian specializes in better brand experiences through visual design. For over a decade, he’s helped create successful brand identities for educators and non-profits to tech startups. From concept creation to delivery, Brian brings an exceedingly high level of professionalism and energy to everything he tackles. The end result? BAM! POW! ZAP!, and even a little SHAZAM for good measure.

Amy comes to the Acclaro Design team after years of leading design and manufacturing process improvement efforts in the aerospace industry. This experience as a communications specialist in an engineering-focused world as well understanding gained as a tech enthusiast on non-profit boards inform her user experience work.
